Having spent much of my 10-year career in the startup streets of San Francisco and New York, I possess a variety of expertise and tools across Experience Design, Product Strategy, Facilitation, Research, Usability, Design Thinking, Empathetic Data and Analytics. I enjoy identifying, adapting and inventing whatever design-thinking tools might help solve a problem. I believe in humankind and that taking care of the physical, mental and emotional environment we live in is important.
I cut my teeth on customer research and product design at Nike. As the first employee of Orange Chef, the ‘Internet-of-Things’ food and health startup (funded by Google Ventures, winner of Best Food App in Evernote Platform Awards, featured in Apple’s ‘Everything Changes with iPad’ campaign, acquired by Yummly in 2015), I grew the design team from the ground up and partnered with companies like Jawbone and Vitamix to design a holistic health-lifestyle ecosystem. Since then I've helped companies like Zipongo rethink their workplace nutrition offering for renowned corporate clients, and ClassPass grow their international fitness subscription platform.
I currently live in Sydney, Australia and work at the digital product agency, ustwo, where I've had the pleasure of working with clients American Express, St. George, Jetstar, Stockland, Caltex and Google.
